I re-charge via gcash, worth 1,000 but I put error instead of account number I put Card number. The amount has been deducted from my gcash however ever when I check balance hasn't been credited. Because I needed it, I re-charged again same amount, this time I encoded it correctly, and credited to my account. I was charged an amount of 2020, but only 1010 was credited to my account. Please assist me back the 1st loaded.

User's recommendation: Please reject payment when it is Invalid entry.

May i know why my load from paymaya didn't credited to my autosweep account amounting to 1,000 with account number 246****. I used to load using today around 12:32 Pm your app and pay using paymaya in your option but until now didn't credit to my account

Wrong load of account

I loaded incorrect account no. I loaded 600 pesos thru gcash the account no.125**** instead of my account 125**** i hope the customer care would response immediately to fix my problem. I hope there is more hotline to call for my concerns. And the company will reach out soon to my concerned.

Reload to my account or refund to my gcash account.

Lack of knowledge and no care on their clients, they will answer you by the book.

Balance transfer from my old account, it will take 15 days to do it as per customer care call center but never explained to me by their Southwoods office.

User's recommendation: don't bother to call.
